A PLACE TO BEGIN

You can start
with a question.

Reaching out doesn’t mean you need every answer. A first conversation can help you understand your options.

Do you offer the kind of support I’m looking for?

Describe the concerns you’d like help with and ask which ages, services, and appointment formats the practice supports.

What will an appointment cost?

Ask about private pay fees, accepted insurance plans, and any costs you may be responsible for. Confirm coverage with the practice and your insurance plan.

What should I expect when getting started?

Ask about availability, intake paperwork, the first appointment, and how to contact the practice with follow-up questions.
